Circular, white, ceramic commemorative plate. In center of plate is "St. Charles, Missouri Bicentennial 1769-1969" around image of pioneer. Along edge of plate are pictures of St. Charles landmarks with a blue border. Landmarks include: Borromeo Catholic Church 1789, POint du Sable Home 1800, Lewis and Clark Expedition 1804, First Capitol 1821, Lindenwood College 1827, American Car and Foundry 1872, First Highway Bridge1904, Missouri Conductron 1966. All letters and images are printed in blue. |
